Pick a pair and a max leverage. Cleave does not mint the coin — it submits a Pons launch and strikes three tranches on the opening price. Launch is closed until the vault is a contract.
Gas would be paid from the treasury. Creator tax stays on the Pons curve (2% default). Probe trades are a separate 0.5% to Cleave.
